Cjobfit provides an AI-powered hiring and recruitment platform offering tools for:

• Resume parsing and analysis
• Candidate ranking and screening
• AI-generated assessments and interview questions
• Video meeting and AI interview functionality
• Skill assessments and automated scoring
• Candidate insights and analytics
• Employer–candidate communication tools
• Team collaboration tools
• Reporting dashboards and data management

We may update, enhance, or modify the Services at any time.

3. Eligibility

To use Cjobfit:

• You must be at least 16 years old
• You must have the legal authority to enter contracts (for businesses, you must be an authorized representative)

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and updated information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Use the Services only for lawful hiring and assessment purposes
• Comply with employer/candidate data protection obligations
• Not interfere with the operation of the Services
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the platform

You are responsible for all actions taken under your account.

5. Candidate & Employer Content

By uploading resumes, documents, audio, or written responses ("User Content"), you grant Cjobfit a limited license to process, analyze, and display this content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

You confirm that:

• You have the rights or permission to upload the content
• The content does not violate any laws or infringe on third-party rights

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy.

We follow industry-standard security practices, including encryption, secure servers, and strict internal controls.

We do not sell personal data.

By using Cjobfit, you consent to the processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high uptime and reliability; however:

• The Services may experience downtime
• Scheduled maintenance may occur
• Unexpected outages may happen (e.g., network, AWS issues)

Cjobfit does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and is not responsible for:

• Service interruptions
• Delays
• Loss of data
• System errors outside our control

We will provide reasonable notice for scheduled maintenance when possible.

8. Fees & Payments

For paid features:

• Fees must be paid as per your selected plan
• Payments are processed through secure third-party providers (e.g., Stripe)
• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law

We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.

9. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Upload harmful code, viruses, or malware
• Use the platform for spam or mass unsolicited communication
• Harass or harm candidates or employers
• Engage in scraping, data harvesting, or unauthorized data extraction
• Attempt to bypass security or access areas you are not authorized to access
• Use the Services for illegal or discriminatory hiring practices

We may suspend or terminate accounts engaging in prohibited behavior.

10. Intellectual Property

All platform content, algorithms, designs, logos, UI elements, and software are the property of COCO AI LLC (Parent Company).

You may not:

• Copy
• Modify
• Sell
• Distribute
• Reverse engineer
• Create derivative works

without our prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Cjobfit is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits
• Loss of data
• Business interruption
• Service outages
• Hiring decisions made using the platform
• Content uploaded by users

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid to Cjobfit in the last 12 months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cjobfit against claims, damages, or losses arising from:

• Your misuse of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your uploaded content
• Your hiring decisions based on platform analysis

13. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time.

Upon termination:

• Your access to the platform will be disabled
• Certain data may continue to be retained for legal compliance
• No refunds will be issued unless required by law

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of UAE.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally.

If major changes occur, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance via email or platform notice.

Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
